| Paperback writer, articalist, amateur genealogist, photographer, part-time journalist, and all round knowledge seeker. Katherine's favourite authors include Knut Hamsun, Thomas Hardy, P.G. Wodehouse, Robert Louis Stevenson, and Arthur Conan Doyle, and in her opinion the greatest story ever told is Naïve. Super, by Erlend Loe. She likes to walk in the Yorkshire Dales, drinks at least six cups of tea a day, thinks too much about everything, and knows far too much about Ignaz Semmelweis.
Currently working on her debut novel, Wodehouse: a Novel about the world of writing. All the glory. All the woes. A novel about people who have chosen to lead a life of choice rather than necessity; people who have decided that any other life would please everybody but themselves. |
